Field Sales Executive – B2B

Accountable To: B2B Sales Lead, Sales Head
Key relationships: School Principal, School Management, Sales Head, FlipAcad Senior Management
Job Purpose: Working closely with the School Principal and School Management to complete FlipAcad Sales directives. Coordinate with FlipAcad Sales Head to achieve weekly and monthly targets of selective calling and leads conversion.
Remuneration: Above Industry Standard salary and incentives
Probation Period: 60 days performance evaluation, followed by full time employment on successful probation completion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Visit leads (Schools) on premise to present service offering and discuss onboarding details.
  • Coordinate with FlipAcad senior management to finalize financials and complete final contract closure.
  • Coordinate with inside sales team to collect details about warm and hot leads.
  • Provide feedback based on on-premise visits to inside sales team and help the Sales Head improve sales proposal.
  • Proactively follow-up for next level discussion meetings until final sales closure.
  • Maintain sales tracker with follow-up, closure status and additional information as prescribed by the Sales Head and FlipAcad senior management.
  • Provide daily and weekly report of sales achievement.
  • Achieve the sales targets discussed and set by Sales Head.
  • Work remotely and on-site (offline visit at school location) as prescribed by Sales Head.
  • Maintain complete business confidentiality and professional conduct.
  • Improve knowledge on the job and by taking relevant skill improvement training
Essential
  • Any Graduate, Diploma, XII completion
Desirable
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
  • MBA / Hospitality Management

Essential:

  • Demonstrated Experience in B2B sales. 
  • Good IT Knowledge for daily work completion – Presentation and Proposal preparation.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like LeadSquared
